[Strategy Guide] How to kill Tortos

This is our preview of Tortos, the fourth boss of the Throne of Thunder. This is not a complex fight (probably the least complex in the entire instance), but it was quite fun nonetheless. As always, we wouldn't have been able to test this boss had it not been for Inner Sanctum. Remember, written guides, as well as proper video guides for all Throne of Thunder bosses will come with the release of Patch 5.2. Addons used: ElvUI and Recount.
